Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Program Support Worker to perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at our Glenway location.

As a Program Support Worker at GCBHS, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, data maintenance, phone coverage, receptionist duties, and clerical functions at all GCB sites. Your role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
Minimum Requirements- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer experience dealing with the public or some courses in a social sciences field
- Working knowledge of Windows 95 or higher required Skill Competencies
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility with assignments
- Excellent filing skills
- Ability to work well under supervision and independently
- Ability to function as a team player
- Ability to communicate with people in stressful situations
- Data entry ability with 97% accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills and communication skills to assist staff and clients
- Basic computer knowledge
