Base pay range

$16.50/hr – $20.00/hr

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision with all practice of pharmacy duties, including patient counseling, medication dispensing, and prescription processing.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, enter prescription data accurately, and verify medication correctness and interactions.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining strong patient relationships.
• Support pharmacy operations, including cash management, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with Walgreens policies, the Walgreens Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct, and state and federal regulations.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.
• Preferred:
  Six months experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math and computer skills, store inventory knowledge, and PTCB certification.

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program.
• Attend manager‑requested training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.
