We’re looking for a MRI Tech for a hospital or outpatient setting in Cincinnati, OH!

Pay: $2800-$3000 Weekly Gross (Local & Travel rates available)

Schedule: Flexible; 40 hours per week (Options for 5x8s or 4x10s; Days, Evenings, or Weekends)
License Needed: ARRT (MR) (Ohio-specific Radiology license not required)

Job Summary

As a contact MRI Technologist, you will support a diverse patient population. The team emphasizes cardiac imaging, while also managing brain, spine, breast, and orthopedic cases. You will be responsible for the full scope of MRI operations, from equipment startup and troubleshooting to patient care and precise diagnostic imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee Siemens MRI equipment, including Era 1.5T, Avanto 1.5T, and Verio 3T models.
• Manage a daily patient volume of 10–15 scans, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform venipuncture and administer IV contrast injections as required for diagnostic procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and strictly adhere to all MR safety protocols.
• Coordinate with staff and patients regarding scheduling and orders, handling approximately 10–20 calls per day.
• Perform daily troubleshooting and equipment checks to maintain optimal machine performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven experience in operating MRI machinery, patient positioning, and contrast usage.
• System Knowledge: Proficiency with Siemens MRI platforms and EPIC EMR is highly preferred.
• Clinical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in venipuncture and IV injections.
