We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a well-established skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who values quality care, team collaboration, and operational excellence.
Position OverviewThe LNHA is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and day‑to‑day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a positive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and CMS regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and census growth
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven experience with budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
