The Laboratory Department seeks a Phlebotomist to draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens, and perform clerical duties efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients and the community respectfully.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures and ensure proper processing.
• Accurately identify patients and match their identity with the correct service for patient safety.
• Enter and process data by labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing specimens as requested by test orders.
• Perform departmental clerical duties such as checking inventory, stocking supplies, and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Degree or GED.

• Phlebotomist Certification preferred but not required.

• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

• Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Engage with staff and patients professionally.
• Position may require travel to off‑site locations.
