• Enhance daily perioperative and clinic flow.
• Operate equipment for decontamination, prep, packing, sterilization, instrument picking, and tray coordination to set up case carts.
• Record and report malfunctioning equipment, broken instrumentation, scopes, and supplies to ensure availability.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and lean/process improvement projects.
• Coordinate and assist with shift direction, act as preceptor and educator; maintain PAR levels to assure inventory, trays, instrumentation; maintain adequate stock and storage of supplies and equipment for availability.
• Provide high level disinfection (HLD) and sterilized equipment and instruments for clinical and surgical procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a related discipline.
• Certified Registered Central Supply Technician (CRCST) through HSPA, or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) through CBSPD.
