Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination of provider and staff schedules for adult medicine and pediatrics. The Clinical Supervisor establishes positive working relationships with providers, facilitates staff schedules, provides staff education and cross‑training, assists with developing and critiquing workflows, and promotes a professional and accountable culture of patient‑centered care. The role works closely with other administrative functions to promote the mission and values of Tri Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the professional and clinical development of clinical staff to strengthen skill levels and promote retention.
• Create a culture of accountability within a patient‑centered system of care; train staff on quality protocols and compliance.
• Coordinate and participate in GHA Press Ganey initiatives to foster a culture of service excellence.
• Establish successful working relationships with providers who practice in the center.
• Ensure each staff member is cross‑trained in one additional department/area.
• Monitor compliance with professional environment standards and federal/state regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Allied Health;
  Business.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS).
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft applications).
• Knowledge of EKG.
• 1–2 years experience in Clinical Allied Health.
