• Develop meaningful, goal-driven treatment plans
• Creatively execute therapy to help patients get back to what they love
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants with clarity and collaboration
• Document with precision and meet productivity standards
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-person care

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Valid state license
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is helpful—but a great mindset goes even further
