Responsibilities
  • Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
  • Achieve hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
  • Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
  • Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver collaboration sessions (at least one training per client per month).
  • Ensure client programming is ethical, individualized, and delivered with integrity.
  • Oversee programming implementation in center and community settings.
  • Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
  • Update progress reports for assigned clients.
  • Oversee ABA programs, including assessments.
  • Lead and supervise behavior technicians and oversee RBT supervision hours.
  • Stay current on research and best practices.
  • Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
  • Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
  • Assist Clinical Directors with initial assessments.
  • Take on assigned supervises for BACB student supervision.
  • Assist with interim care for potential clients.
  • Document all activities according to BACB and funder guidelines.
Basic & Essential Physical Functions
  • Lifting and carrying clients up to 30 pounds.
  • Restraining, holding, transporting clients using quick movements as needed.
  • Assuming varied postures: kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending for extended periods.
  • Chasing clients while maintaining a three-foot distance.
  • Sitting on floor or standing for extended periods.
  • Aiding basic needs: feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing.
  • Manual dexterity for data collection via computer and devices.
  • Visual acuity for reading and comprehending written communication.
  • Transferring written data to electronic files.
  • Long periods of computer use at desk or floor.
  • Assembling, cleaning, and maintaining therapy space.
  • Administering medication to clients.
Job Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA‑D certification.
  • Licensure in states of practice.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Preferred experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Effective time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet team needs.
  • Professional integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and comfort operating primarily in a Mac environment.
  • Proficiency or quick learning of organization’s technology platforms (Central Reach, Tableau).
  • Maintaining required licensure while employed.
Job Type & Compensation

Exempt, Full Time. Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000.
