We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations, and managing patient flow.

- Ensure the clinic is ready to open each day by inspecting the facility, launching necessary computer system applications, and organizing new patient registration packets.
- Greet patients, provide initial paperwork, and obtain copies of insurance and .
- Register patients, update records, verify insurance accurately and timely, and check patients out.
- Collect and process patient payments, resolve billing issues and collection accounts.
- Address patient needs courteously, including scheduling follow‑up appointments and fulfilling documentation requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and front desk.
- Reconcile daily patient charges against system reports and investigate discrepancies.
- Complete closing procedures by preparing documentation and submitting required reports.
- Secure financial assets and perform cash control procedures.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a medical office or urgent care setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
