DaVita Kidney Care is expanding its Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) will provide direct dialysis care to patients at the facility, working closely with dialysis RNs and supporting additional SNF sites as needed. This is a full‑time position with a 3‑Day a Week, 12+ Hour Shift schedule.

• Provide one‑on‑one dialysis care, ensuring safety, comfort and hygiene for each patient.
• Monitor patients before, during and after treatment, measuring and recording vital signs and machine parameters.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis equipment, troubleshooting and monitoring for complications.
• Collaborate with dialysis RNs and cross‑functional staff to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Support additional surrounding SNF sites based on business needs.
• Demonstrate autonomy, critical thinking and multitasking in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST BE OCDT CERTIFIED in the state of Ohio.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Previous patient care or dialysis experience is a plus.
• Nice to have: background in training, teaching or healthcare education.
