Social Worker-MSW *Part Time

DaVita is hiring a Social Worker for our outpatient dialysis clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As a Social Worker at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team, supporting patients through the transition to dialysis and helping them manage the physical, mental, emotional, and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Obtained a clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW) meeting all licensure requirements for the state.
• Proficient in all experienced-level Social Worker duties.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
