JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Intervention Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with families and children facing developmental delays or disabilities, providing support and resources to enhance their well-being and ensure optimal development. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing individualized plans, coordinating services, advocating for clients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to empowering families to overcome challenges and thrive.
