Compensation:
Hourly, with 40 core working hours weekly / 100 hours per month, billable.

Job DescriptionThe Behavioral Health Manager position is multi-faceted due to the variety of services that may be provided by this staff member depending on their specific caseload, including mental health treatment, support services and/or others providing direct evidence-based techniques.
Primary job responsibility is to provide supportive services to the direct service providers who work with children and/or adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, emotional disturbances, and mental health needs.
This position will receive 1:1 and/or group supervision from Transitions Directors, Transitions Supervisors, and Mental Health Supervisors through direct observation, clinical meetings, and/or videos. Supervision may be provided by different supervisors based on the service provided or work being completed. Supervision is provided regularly and is documented. In addition, required to attend team meetings, staff professional development sessions per their specific staff development plan, and scheduled trainings as part of their position.
CredentialsPreferred
Licensed under state Board of Psychology, Behavior Analysis, and/or Board of Social Work.
Educational RequirementsA Bachelors or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications (knowledge and skills)Good written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft, computer, internet navigation, email management, ability to learn quickly, detail oriented, organizational skills, punctuality, good attendance, good customer service skills, ability to play with children, ability to change diapers, ability to toilet train. Multi-language fluency (Spanish preferred).
Physical Activity- Will spend substantial time standing, sitting, speaking, and listening.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to travel via personal vehicle to other facilities and homes.
- Remain “Fit for Duty” at all times, including but not limited to performing job responsibilities in a safe, secure, and effective manner, and remaining able to do so throughout the entire time they are working.
