• Set up and operate mechanical ventilators and related equipment
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications as prescribed
• Monitor patient response and vital signs
• Assist with breathing exercises and recovery plans
• Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently
• Document therapy and patient progress in charts
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members
• Train staff and contribute to best practices in respiratory care

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
• Active State of Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• Experience in vent care or long-term care preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
