Overview
The Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a psychologist to join the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) team in pediatric primary care to support expansion of our clinical services. The Pediatric Primary Care Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic including psychologists, pediatricians, care managers, social workers, pediatric and psychologist trainees, and legal aid.
Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic clarity, short-term therapy for common behavioral and mental health concerns, and crisis stabilization.
- Deliver services across the pediatric lifespan to a patient population with high levels of poverty, trauma, and health-related social needs.
- Focus on training and education of pediatric residents, program development, and quality improvement.
- Engage in academic and publication opportunities as available.
- Doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology (APA accredited).
- Licensed or license-eligible in Ohio.
- Postdoctoral training focused on evidence-based trauma care treatment or integrated primary care.
