Our Blue Ash Day Program is seeking caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to help create an engaging, empowering, and supportive environment for participants.

• Assisting with personal care, grooming, and mobility
• Building positive, respectful relationships with participants
• Leading and supporting sensory, recreational, and social activities
• Prioritizing safety, dignity, and well‑being
• Accurately documenting daily care and participant progress

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
• Current car insurance
