We are looking for both Full-Time and Part-Time Office-Based Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team at our Springdale location! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

• Ohio licensed mental health clinician (must be an LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW, LPCC-S, LISW-S, MFT)
• Licensed Interns are welcome
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
