• Supervise residents in the outdoor smoking area to ensure compliance with facility guidelines and safety protocols

• Monitor use of smoking materials to prevent accidents or hazards

• Provide courteous reminders to residents about scheduled smoking times

• Assist residents as needed in safely transitioning to and from the designated area

• Report any concerns, incidents, or rule violations to nursing leadership

• Maintain a consistent presence to promote resident well-being and dignity

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in a healthcare setting
