Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based strategies to promote social-emotional development of young children by delivering a coaching model to caregivers (child care teachers and directors, parents) based on the Georgetown Model/Ohio Model of the Consultative Stance in early childhood centers.
- Link families to resources to address mental/behavioral health challenges children may face.
- Assist early childhood educators in understanding trauma and determining when to make referrals to mental health services.
- Collect data as required in this role.

- Required Degree: Bachelor’s degree in related field with credential in OCPSA
- Preferred Degree: Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
- Required credential/licensure: OCPSA, LSW, LPC, MFT
- Preferred: LISW, LPCC, IMFT
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Mental Health
