• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a care plan for assigned patients and families.
• Deliver direct nursing care and delegate/supervise all nursing activities in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and use professional skills.
• Maintain supervisory responsibilities over Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse; may vary by client and setting.
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
• Strong preference for ICU, Med‑Surg, and Telemetry experience.
• Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients).
• Additional certifications may be required by certain clients.
