• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to validate workflows, facilitate knowledge transfer, and address challenges

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, performance improvement, or revenue cycle management
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 60% as required by business need

• Master's Degree
• Prior consulting experience
