Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS) TherapistAs part of the recent merger of Best Point and Butler Behavioral Health, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a MRSS Therapist in Hamilton County. Butler Behavioral Health has been providing high quality behavioral health services to our community since 1948. Together Butler Behavioral Health and Best Point will continue to value the unique characteristics, individual strengths and a holistic understanding of every client and their resources, to develop personalized treatment plans with focused objectives that result in “small steps” towards changing their lives.
Our Mobile Response Stabilization Services Therapist will respond to assist clients and their family support system in the community in de-escalating a specific issue/episode. Additionally, an assessment will be completed, a plan of care will be developed and coordination of services will be established. This position will serve Hamilton County.
Responsibilities- Provides in‑home crisis stabilization services, parenting education, counseling, community resource referral, and other social services interventions to the youth and family.
- Coordinates and monitors services for the youth and family in the community, including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational and social services.
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field
- LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC
- Two years of experience working with families in the behavioral health field
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to work 12‑8 PM shifts
