- Provide individual counseling/psychotherapy services to a diverse
- Collaborate with providers, agencies, and relevant stakeholders to
- Submit documentation in a timely manner
- Meet productivity targets
- Participate in training to strengthen engagement skills and evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Participate in monthly meetings and individual staff supervision
- Complete assessments as needed to fulfill productivity targets and client needs
- Clinical Supervisor assisting Clinical Director as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Master’s Degree in related mental health field with independent licensure and training supervision designation. Relevant knowledge of motivational interviewing, mental health and substance use. Knowledge of Hamilton County Job and Family Services Children’s Services Division process, and ability to work with culturally diverse families.
