Lovisa Salon, located in Hyde Park, Cincinnat right down from the square on Erie Avenue. Lovisa Salon provides a welcoming and refined environment for clients to receive premier hair services. Known for its casual-luxe ambiance, the salon emphasizes personalized, one-on-one service provided by a team of talented professionals. Specializing in haircuts, styling, coloring, hair smoothing, and an array of specialty treatments, Lovisa Salon is dedicated to making every client experience exceptional.

We have a full-time (4 day) and, a part-time (2-3 days) on-site Hairstylist role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Hairstylist will engage with clients to provide high-quality hair-care services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and smoothing treatments. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on their hair goals, offering personalized recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a pleasant salon experience.

The role also involves maintaining a professional workspace and staying updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.

• Minimum of 3+years in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver a positive client experience
• Valid Cosmetology license or certification
• Ability to stay current with hair care trends, products, and techniques
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong organizational and time management skills
