** What You’ll Do
** You will play a key role in the
** new account onboarding
** process for Trust and Estate accounts within Personal Trust. Acting as a trusted partner across the business, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments to ensure all account documentation and client information is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Your
** responsibilities
* * include:
* Coordinating with cross‐functional partners to onboard new Trust and Estate accounts efficiently and accurately
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements, including
** AML, CIP, KYC, DOL, and Fiduciary Rules**, as well as bank policies and procedures
* Reviewing, interpreting, and applying estate planning documents and trust agreements
* Applying product‐specific expertise across a range of offerings, including
** Account Fees, IRAs, Custody, Agency, Entity, Charitable, Trust, and Estate accounts
*** Supporting additional responsibilities such as reporting, projects, quality reviews, and other operational initiatives as needed

*** Basic Qualifications
**** Five years or more of related experience
*** Preferred Skills/Experience
**** Bachelor's degree
* Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
* Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
* Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel

*** This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
