This is a full-time, on-site role for an Analyst, Investment Banking, located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Analyst will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Responsibilities include undertaking financial analysis, conducting industry research, preparing presentation materials, and performing due diligence for clients. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members to support clients in achieving their strategic and financial goals.

• Strong Financial Modeling and analytical abilities to evaluate and develop financial projections.
• Proficiency in performing Due Diligence and detailed business analysis with accuracy.
• Background in Finance and Investment Banking with a solid understanding of industry practices.
• Exceptional communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as tools for financial analysis and presentations.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.
