Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to support company and Center of Excellence (COE) planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role plays a critical part in translating business assumptions into structured financial insights that inform leadership decision‑making.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Compile financial and non-financial inputs from stakeholders
• Perform variance analysis and convert findings into actionable insights
• Document forecast assumptions and methodologies

• Prepare and distribute recurring monthly financial reports (budget vs. forecast vs. actuals)
• Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based models for recurring and ad hoc analysis
• Audit models for accuracy, integrity, and version control
  
  Build dynamic tools that improve decision visibility

• Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Design and manage corporate and departmental KPIs
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders to ensure metrics drive meaningful performance improvement

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence business partners
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
