Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:

• Full loan file review of various mortgage loan products to confirm the transaction meets published Bank and Investor credit policy requirements
• Reviews of all data elements and documentation pertaining to the servicing of the loan or product
• Review of Bank and various agency product guides and policies, which also require knowledge of servicing guidelines as the quality control review is performed on a lagged basis
• Documents work and research performed. Prepares a clear, concise report of loan level test results including details of moderate and significant findings on a file-by-file basis to be distributed to appropriate internal parties
• Tracks and escalates are trendy concerns to QC Manager or Director

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelors degree preferred in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance and/or Economics

• 1+ years of prior experience in relevant transaction related experience required
• Mortgage loan servicing experience required
• Knowledge of the fundamental concepts related to retail servicing transactions along with the ability to apply that knowledge in a quality control function.
• Knowledge of the Bank's, Investors' and Government Program guidelines, as well as policy, legal and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of common and standard banking documentation and terminology
• Must be analytical and possess ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations across a complex business
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work efficiently with a low margin of error
