A well-established and highly respected local CPA firm is seeking an entrepreneurial financial leader to help grow its rapidly expanding Fractional CFO Advisory practice
.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client advisory, and business development - and wants a clear path toward partnership/equity.

This firm has already built the framework for a successful Fractional CFO service line-strong brand reputation, internal referral channels, infrastructure, and leadership support. What they need now is the right leader to take it to the next level.

You will:

• Split your time between serving as a hands-on Fractional CFO to growth-oriented businesses and networking, cultivating referral sources, to build the practice
• Leverage internal leads from tax/audit teams and firm leadership
• Develop your own external network to expand the client base
• Play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing advisory segment
