What You'll Do- Support annual and monthly planning cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to gather financial and operational inputs and translate them into meaningful forecasts.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, and drivers behind projections.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling to identify trends and opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable insights that influence strategy and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate results.
- Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for leadership and functional teams.
- Highlight key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information to stakeholders.
- Work across multiple systems and data sources to compile and validate information.
- Identify inconsistencies, improve data quality, and enhance reporting reliability.
- Maintain and audit Excel-based models to ensure accuracy and version control.
- Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand initiatives and provide financial guidance.
- Communicate insights to both financial and non-financial audiences across all levels of the organization.
- Help align financial metrics with operational goals.
- Assist in designing and maintaining financial and operational KPIs that support company-wide objectives.
- Ensure metrics remain consistent, relevant, and actionable.
- Partner with teams to refine measurements that drive performance improvement.
- Strong foundation in FP&A: data manipulation, Excel modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Systems-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and datasets.
- Naturally curious and comfortable working in an environment that values initiative and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and communicate insights clearly.
- Ability to operate effectively in a less structured environment where priorities evolve and innovation is encouraged.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2‑6+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
