About the Role:
As a CBRE Finance Analyst, you will apply foundational cash and accrual accounting principles to prepare, analyze, maintain, and deliver accurate and timely financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties. This role sits within the Financial Strategy and Operations function and is responsible for supporting accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls. The position is a Monday–Friday, first-shift role dedicated to supporting a leading American multinational consumer goods corporation.
What You’ll Do:- Complete accounting transactions and post journal entries to ensure accurate recording of expenses, receipts, distributions, funding requests, and other period activity.
- Prepare and generate accurate, comprehensive client financial statement packages and related reports using data from multiple sources.
- Review financial information for accuracy and respond to inquiries from management, vendors, and clients.
- Analyze trends in general business conditions and support scenario planning models (exit, maintain, grow).
- Research and resolve accounting issues, identifying potential risks or conflicts and taking corrective action to minimize impact.
- Apply standard accounting principles and existing procedures to solve routine problems and meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly by exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and confirming understanding.
- Lead by example, modeling CBRE RISE values while maintaining accountability for the quality of own work.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and the drive to make a difference.

• CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $55,000.00 and the maximum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $70,000.00. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
