We’re looking for an Operational CFO who thrives in the middle of the action—someone who can zoom out for strategy and zoom in to clean up financials, optimize processes, and guide leadership teams through real-world decisions.

As an Operational CFO at Ledger Logix, you’ll serve as a trusted financial leader for a portfolio of growth-stage clients.

• Act as a strategic financial partner to founders and executive teams
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
• Support long-term planning, growth strategy, and capital readiness

• Roll up your sleeves to improve financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Build and refine budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements
• Partner closely with accounting teams to ensure clean, timely, and accurate financials
• Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity
• Collaborate with Ledger Logix accounting and operations teams to deliver seamless service
• Mentor and support team members while maintaining high standards

• Monitor KPIs and financial performance trends
• Identify risks early and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
• Support complex decisions including pricing, hiring, investments, and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15–20+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• Prior CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leadership experience
• CPA, CFA, or similar certification strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with modern accounting/finance tools
• Experience working with founder-led or growth-stage companies a plus
