The Dean Dorton Private Wealth Team partners with individuals, families, and business owners to deliver comprehensive, values-based wealth management solutions. Our team integrates financial planning, investment management, tax strategy, and estate considerations to help clients navigate financial complexity and achieve long-term confidence. We work closely with Dean Dorton CPAs and advisors to provide a fully integrated advisory experience.
About the RoleThe Senior Wealth Advisor is a senior-level advisory role responsible for serving as a trusted advisor to clients while also contributing to the growth and visibility of the Private Wealth practice. This position balances client advisory work with relationship-based business development, internal collaboration, and marketing support.
Senior Wealth Advisors manage and deepen client relationships, lead holistic planning conversations, and partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. In addition, this role plays an active part in supporting practice growth by strengthening referral relationships, participating in marketing and outreach efforts, and representing the Private Wealth practice internally and externally.

- Serve as a wealth advisor to existing and new Private Wealth clients, providing holistic financial planning and advisory services.
- Oversee the structure and consistency of the Private Wealth client onboarding process, ensuring a high-quality and scalable client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate financial planning, tax strategy, and investment considerations into client recommendations.
- Maintain deep knowledge of wealth planning strategies, industry trends, and regulatory considerations impacting Private Wealth clients.

- Serve as the ma r keting point of contact for Dean Dorton Private Wealth.
- Develop and execute growth strategies and marketing initiatives in partnership with Private Wealth leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Private Wealth team and the Dean Dorton Marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and branding.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong referral base with Dean Dorton CPA partners and other internal advisors.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective clients and centers of influence to support sustainable practice growth.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, prospects, internal partners, and external audiences.
- Represent the Private Wealth practice with professionalism, credibility, and consistency across all channels.

- Lead and evaluate Private Wealth growth and marketing initiatives, including outreach efforts and campaign effectiveness.
- Strengthen cross-service collaboration between Private Wealth, Marketing, and CPA teams to support integrated client solutions.
- Participate in firm initiatives, committees, and leadership discussions related to growth, brand presence, and client experience.
