Senior Client Service Specialist role at FEG Investment Advisors

FEG Investment Advisors is seeking a Senior Client Service Specialist to provide day‑to‑day support to institutional client relationships. The role involves coordinating activities with clients, investment managers, custodians, and FEG operation staff to resolve account‑specific administrative and operational inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and execution of investment activities for clientsíguez through coordination with FEG consultant teams, investment managers, custodians, fund administrators and FEG operation staff.
  • Processing client cash needs, populating custodial and subscription documents, and handling private capital calls and distributions.
  • Leading communication efforts with custodians նրանք, investment managers, vendors, etc., for internal teams, resolving issues that arise on behalf of clients, and providing updates internally.
  • Backing up multiple roles within the broader operations team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business focus. For certain positions, we accept a high school diploma, GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC).
  • At least five years’ of work experience in the investment management industry, with specific client service and operations experience.
  • Knowledge of client custody, account management and portfolio management systems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimalогодні guidance and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of investment terminology including alternative investments (i.e., hedge funds and private capital).
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint with strong attention to detail, excellent riscos and verbal communication skills and high work ethic.
