Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Controller role based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating audits, and developing financial strategies to support organizational growth. The Controller will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial software
• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising accounting teams
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a Controller role or similar financial leadership position
