Project Controls Cost Analyst II

Overview

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Controls Cost Analyst II for our client’s site in Cincinnati, OH.

Full time, hybrid, 3 days/week in office.

• Open to candidates who are not local but may relocate to Cincinnati.
• Key skills to target:
  Attention to details, data analytics, critical thinking.

• Perform routine aspects of project control assignments with close supervision, with a focus on developing skills and increasing independence over time.
• Collaborate with a team of Project Controls Analysts and Schedulers.
• Conduct cost forecasting and reporting for a portfolio of projects with budgets ranging from $10K to $1M in annual spend.
• Compare monthly actuals to the project baseline and identify variances.
• Partner with a more experienced Project Controls Analyst as part of the team.

• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Good problem-solving, collaborative, and communications skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic project controls principles.
• Ability to work with a team and in coordination with the Project Management Center of Excellence.
• Experience with cost forecasting and reporting within a portfolio of projects.
• Experience handling budgets from $10K to $1M annually is preferred.
