Location / Work StructureOn-site 5 days a week (with flexible work hours)
CompensationSalary: $90,000 – $120,000 + 10% Bonus

What You'll Do- Lead FP&A activities, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Perform sales analytics and develop reporting to identify business drivers and trends.
- Manage monthly financial consolidation, including international subsidiary reporting.
- Develop and present operational KPIs (Power BI experience preferred).
- Support monthly financial close and reporting processes.
- Participate in acquisition integration and ERP/software implementations.
- Handle ad hoc projects and analysis requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expert‑level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Excel Expert
- Power BI experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite, Microsoft NAV, SAP).
- Experience with acquisition integration or ERP implementations.
