We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Oversee reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support annual financial audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on accounting principles, procedures, and software systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary updates.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
