Key Responsibilities- Turn inbound and outbound calls into opportunities
- Recommend life insurance & annuity products with confidence
- Solve problems fast—using data, logic, and great communication
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support licensing, data entry, workflow tasks & more
- Accuracy, speed, and comfort with structured processes
- Flexibility to shift gears quickly
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
- Some college or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer Service
Experience:
1-2 years preferred in customer service - No Licensing Needed:
No prior licensing or insurance experience required. - Career Ambition: A strong desire to build and advance your career.
- Starting pay rate of $21/hour
- Monday through Friday schedule
