Position: Part-Time Concierge
Location: Sky Central Apartments, located in the iconic PNC Tower annex - downtown Cincinnati, OH

Competitive Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Thursday & Friday 4pm – 8pm;
Saturday 12pm – 8pm

• Welcome residents and guests
• Receive and deliver packages
• Manage incoming calls and messages
• Monitor surveillance cameras and fire alarms
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs
• Ensure lobby area cleanliness

• At least one year of relevant experience
• Conflict resolution skills
• Customer service experience with a strong focus on face-to-face interactions
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills and recordkeeping
• Can lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon job offer
