The incumbent in this position is responsible for greeting guests and arranging for prompt seating. They are responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcome and comfortable in accordance with Hard Rock Casino service standards.

• Creates an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino for gaming entertainment; actively builds and retains guest relations and mentors team members to provide superior service.
• Greets guests courteously and arranges seating; monitors room atmosphere.
• Provides information on all Hard Rock Casino services and facilities.
• Quotes accurate waiting times and manages guest waiting lists or reservations following established procedures.
• In front-of-house areas, greets guests and responds to inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• May provide clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request.
• Sets up tables with dishes, linens, flatware, etc.
• Attends to customer requests such as refilling beverages and condiments.
• Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Participates in meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Performs work regularly and predictably.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
Typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related cashier/host experience.

Additional Requirements:
Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications, pass background and drug screenings, and be at least 21 years old.
