SUPERVISOR - TABLE GAMES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Under the direction of the Director
-Table Games, Shift & Pit Manager positions, the supervisor is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The incumbent monitors and supervises an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of Customer Service standards while maintaining the integrity of the games.
- Offering the highest possible level of Customer Service resulting in a maximum level of guest enjoyment and return play
- Knowing all policies & procedures of the specific table game being supervised
- Maintaining a safe, professional, friendly and productive work environment while upholding morale
- Supporting the Hard Rock culture and team philosophy throughout the property
- Acting as a role model for all employees and consistently presenting oneself as a credit to Hard Rock
- Promoting positive public relations and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers
- Amicably resolving customer-related problems in a fast paced environment
- Ensuring the protection of customer rewards and credit lines
- Complying with all departmental and company policies including Hard Rock’s business ethics guidelines
- Complying with all regulatory requirements
- Maintaining confidentiality of all Hard Rock trade secrets and proprietary information
- Creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment
- Performing other duties as assigned
Three years table games experience required. Two years in a dual‑rated management level capacity or above is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
Work Environment- Standing, walking, using hands, talking or hearing frequently; lifting or moving up to 25 pounds very infrequently; requires close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- The casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, often crowded and noisy. Exposure to second‑hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to the general public may occur.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
