SUPERVISOR - TABLE GAMES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Under the direction of the Director
-Table Games, Shift & Pit Manager positions, the supervisor is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The incumbent monitors and supervises an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of Customer Service standards while maintaining the integrity of the games.

• Offering the highest possible level of Customer Service resulting in a maximum level of guest enjoyment and return play
• Knowing all policies & procedures of the specific table game being supervised
• Maintaining a safe, professional, friendly and productive work environment while upholding morale
• Supporting the Hard Rock culture and team philosophy throughout the property
• Acting as a role model for all employees and consistently presenting oneself as a credit to Hard Rock
• Promoting positive public relations and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers
• Amicably resolving customer-related problems in a fast paced environment
• Ensuring the protection of customer rewards and credit lines
• Complying with all departmental and company policies including Hard Rock’s business ethics guidelines
• Complying with all regulatory requirements
• Maintaining confidentiality of all Hard Rock trade secrets and proprietary information
• Creating and ensuring a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Three years table games experience required. Two years in a dual‑rated management level capacity or above is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.

• Standing, walking, using hands, talking or hearing frequently; lifting or moving up to 25 pounds very infrequently; requires close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• The casino environment is hectic, fast‑paced, often crowded and noisy. Exposure to second‑hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to the general public may occur.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
