Job Description
The Estimator is responsible for leading complex estimating efforts, developing accurate and competitive project budgets, and working collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, and design development estimates.
- Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for scope completeness and pricing accuracy.
- Ensure alignment with project scope and schedule.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to define scope and pricing.
- Present estimates, budgets, and value engineering options to clients.
- Engage in value engineering to optimize project costs.
- 3+ years of estimating experience
- Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required

Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.
- Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.
- 3 weeks of vacation
- 1 week of personal time
- 8 paid holidays

Fully onsite position in Cincinnati, OH.
