Construction Estimator

Job Description

The Estimator is responsible for leading complex estimating efforts, developing accurate and competitive project budgets, and working collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

• Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, and design development estimates.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for scope completeness and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with project scope and schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to define scope and pricing.
• Present estimates, budgets, and value engineering options to clients.
• Engage in value engineering to optimize project costs.

• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required

Eisen Hardy -

Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $/yr.

• Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.
• 3 weeks of vacation
• 1 week of personal time

Fully onsite position in Cincinnati, OH.

Position anticipated to close on Mar 13, 2026.
