A leading engineering firm in Cincinnati is looking for a Functional Engineering Manager to oversee teams in electrical, firmware, and software projects. The successful candidate will develop technical skills, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage product development initiatives. This role requires an engineering degree, 8 years of experience, and at least 2 years in a management position. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and FDA regulations is needed, as well as the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers.
