Job Title: SAP PP-PI Consultant

Duration:

• Lead or support the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP in S/4
  
  HANA
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP PP accordingly.
• Implement core SAP PP functionalities:
• Sales and operation planning
• Demand management
• Material requirement planning
• Capacity requirement planning
• Production execution
• Strong integration knowledge with Planning systems (APO, IBP etc.)
• Strong integration knowledge with MES system with middleware understanding
• Integrate SAP PP PI with other modules like PPDS, EWM, SD, MM, QM, and FICO
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements
• Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support
• IRCEFW analysis and preparation of high level and detailed solution design with time and effort estimation
• Conduct Business blue printing & Fit-gap workshops, training sessions, and prepare documentation
• Prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify, in detail, business processes design documents
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus 12 + years of relevant SAP experience
• Position will require 100% onsite in US and at Client location

• 12+ years of hands-on SAP PP PI experience
• Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4
  
  HANA PP PI implementation ((FULL CYCLE, from initiation to closure)
• Strong understanding and experience of Manufacturing business processes
• Integration experience with SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FICO.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
