We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Planner II to join our team at K&A Engineering in Cincinnati, OH
. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. You’ll be part of a dynamic, people‑focused team where your expertise, ideas, and contributions will be valued and celebrated.

• Coordinate and track all materials required for transmission construction and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Power Grid Operations, Supply Chain, and external material vendors.
• Identify and resolve material constraints that could negatively impact schedules or project milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Maximo and other internal systems.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely delivery and availability of necessary equipment and materials.
• Conduct quarterly site visits within assigned territory (no overnight travel).
• Provide clear communication regarding material status, risks, and updates to project teams and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while still contributing within a team environment.
• Knowledge of material acquisition, logistics, and delivery processes.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and/or Transmission operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Maximo preferred.
• Utility industry experience is a plus.

Pay Range $28-32.50/hour
