We’re recruiting for a growing organization in the Cincinnati market that is adding to its commercial team due to continued expansion. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in industrial refrigeration or industrial HVAC who thrives in a business development environment and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.
This role centers on revenue growth and relationship management such as connecting with plant leaders and facility teams, identifying mechanical system needs, and developing project opportunities that drive regional expansion. You won’t be expected to handle detailed system design, but you must be comfortable discussing equipment, scope, and project viability at a high level.
What You’ll Do- Develop new project opportunities across Southwest Ohio
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing industrial customers
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers and uncover capital needs
- Prepare estimates and proposals for refrigeration and mechanical projects
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to move projects forward
- Support territory growth strategy and long-term market development
- Background in industrial refrigeration or industrial HVAC systems
- Familiarity with ammonia systems; CO2 knowledge is a plus
- Experience in contractor sales, solution selling, or mechanical project development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to prepare quotes and pursue profitable project work
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial environments
- Technical education helpful; practical field experience equally valued
Compensation range: $110K–$120K based on experience, plus bonus potential, company vehicle, strong benefits, and 401(k) with match.
