Purpose

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Development Engineering Co‑Ops supporting the Global Technical Operations/Supply Chain organizations within our Med Tech sector, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Supply chain project teams the co‑op will support may include but are not limited to Energy or Endomechanical Lifecycle Engineering within Global Technical Operations and/or Integrated Supplier Management. This co‑op position is for the Fall 2026 term.

You Will Be Responsible

Are you looking to get hands on experience in the Corporate world? Our Co‑Op position looks to develop early talent under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines to gain real time knowledge and develop an encouraging network. This role will support our Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Surgery business within the Endomechanical and Energy Global Technical Operations and Supply Chain organizations.

  • Responsible for accurately and timely collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting relevant data for the supply chain project team.
  • Build and develop new tools and systems to improve the efficiency of the existing processes.
  • Interact with external suppliers to support key projects and lead small technical projects and process changes.
  • Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
  • Gather and analyze process data using varying levels of advanced analytics.
  • Support input of manufacturing requirements into product design to ensure design for manufacturability & team goals are met.
  • Document processes to ensure effective knowledge transfer and communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Complete training in areas of responsibility within allowed time‑period.
