Overview
We are seeking a Hands-on Front-End Technical Lead (Player/Coach) to drive front-end architecture, delivery excellence, and technical execution across the team. This role requires strong leadership, coding expertise, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
Work Authorization: NO Green Card / GC-EAD / E3. Only candidates eligible to work without these visa types will be considered.
Responsibilities- Lead front-end architecture, delivery excellence, and technical execution across the team.
- 2+ years Angular experience (Angular 9 preferred)
- Strong understanding of components, modules, routing, forms, RxJS, state management
- 2+ years as Technical Lead (architecture, mentoring, delivery ownership)
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs & troubleshooting contract issues
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring & code quality standards
- Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, Product & Design
- Design systems & shared component libraries
- Experience in distributed/remote-first teams
